In January 2024, I took two weeks off work and travelled around Sri Lanka.

I drove a scooter through jungles and ricefields to Sigiriya, saw ancient rocks, took the famous (and very uncomfortable) train through the highlands, hiked through tea plantations, stayed with local families, saw wild elephants, ate a ton of rice&curry, and stayed in a small surf village on the south coast.
